Stock Out: Issuing Assets

Procedures for issuing consumable construction materials and reusable tools to field supervisors with strict personal accountability.

Stock Out Overview

Understanding the material issuance workflow.

Stock Out represents the discharge of materials or tools from the physical store to the field. Under TrackSmart protocol, items are never released to an anonymous crew; they must always be issued directly to an authorized Supervisor.

Storekeepers can issue two categories of physical assets:

  • Consumable Materials: Pipes, fittings, cable trays, and building components intended for permanent field installation.
